Counseling | Divorce

Counseling

We provide personal counseling for a variety of situations. The sessions are held privately with Sheikh Ahmad.  Please call the center at (904) 729-1265 for an appointment.

We provide counseling in the following areas:

  • Family ($50 an hour)
  • Divorce ($50 an hour)
  • Marriage (Free)
  • Youth (Free)
  • Inheritance & Will (Free)

Divorce

The following are the requirements needed to complete an Islamic Divorce Contract by NAC:

  1. The presence of the Wife and Husband along with valid photo identification.
  2. In order for the Islamic divorce to be initiated, the following must be observed:
    1. The Islamic divorce should take place after the wife’s menstrual cycle ends.
    2. If the husband and wife recently have been physically intimate, then the wife must wait until her next menstrual cycle ends.
  3. A copy of the State Civil Divorce from the courthouse.
  4. Please call the center for an appointment.
  5. A fee of $500 is required for the Islamic Divorce Process and Contract. You can pay by a credit card.
  6. Print, fill (EXCEPT for signature) the Muslim Divorce form and bring it to the appointment. (Click Divorce Form 2024 Print, Fill it out and bring it with you)
